Cory A. Bennett, Ph.D.
Bio - Dr. Bennett is the Director of the Albion Center for Education Innovation and oversees the professional development and school improvement outreach services of the College of Education. He is also an Associate Professor of Mathematics Education within the Department of Teaching and Educational Studies and is the Director of the Idaho Regional Mathematics Center for regions 4, 5, and 6 in Idaho. Previously, Dr. Bennett was a middle school mathematics teacher and district instructional coach during which time he became a National Board Certified Teacher in Mathematics—Early Adolescence. His research interests include mathematical discourse, teacher development, and creating classroom cultures of reasoning.

Bio - Melissa is a graduate of Idaho State University, earning a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in both Finance and Management, and is currently pursuing an MBA. She oversees the budgeting, operations, and logistics of planning, coordinating, and delivery of workshops, conferences, and professional development. She also assists the Director and Mathematic Specialists in the development for the Idaho Regional Mathematics Center.
