Welcome to the Department of Educational Leadership, College of Education, Idaho State University
The Department of Educational Leadership prepares leaders for the pre-K12 and Higher Education environments with skills, dispositions, and knowledge base needed to think and act responsibly, positievely, and creatively to the multipule and diverse challenges of leading in the 21st century. Faculty incorporates proven theories and cutting-edge practices into the continuous pursuit and application of these skills, knowledge, and dispositions. The deparment of educational Leadership has a proud tradition of preparing highly qualified leaders, informed decision makers, effective change agents, and reflective practioners.
