Peter R. Denner, Ph.D. - Assistant Dean, College of Education
Peter Denner is the
Assistant Dean for Assessment. His
responsibilities include leading and maintaining the unit
assessment system of the College, preparing annual institutional
assessment reports, chairing the Core
Teacher Education Assessment Committee, and leading follow-up
surveys and studies of program graduates. The Office of
the Assistant Dean also administers all student course
evaluations for the college.
Dr. Denner served as the Institutional and Assessment Coordinator for the College of Education's participation in the Renaissance Partnership for Improving Teaching Quality (see Related Link to the Renaissance Partnership website).
Dr. Denner currently teaches courses focused on statistics. His research interests and special projects include standards-based teacher assessment.
