- Phase One: team selection and formation
- (Number of team members, skills of team members, ground rules for [expectations] the team, use of formative evaluation incorporate at the beginning.)
- Phase Two: Planning
- (To include vision, mission/goals, objectives, budget/costing, tasking, lesson planning for the unit, time, and formative evaluation)
- Phase Three: Instructional design
- Use of ADDIE model
- Analyze: Learner characteristics, requirements, ADA
- Design: Architecture, concept map, flowcharts, storyboards, and Lesson Plans
- Develop: Authoring, evaluation, LP's, content
- Implement: Deployment
- Evaluate: Updates, product improvement, feedback, measures for summative evaluation [usability testing, questionnaires, surveys, alpha and beta testing]
